Weddings are meant to be fun but we all know that there are people out there who can make it the exact opposite. There are guests you might invite who will give you nightmares through their actions before or on your special day.
Below are five of the worst guests you can invite but you should probably not invite to your wedding. If you happen to have any such behaviors listed below, it is about time you change.
Those Who Don’t RSVP
How hard can it be to RSVP to a wedding? Well, to some people, it is extremely hard as they rarely RSVP in time if they do it at all. What such people do not know is that the couple needs to know the exact number of people who will be attending the wedding so they can plan accordingly. If you get invited to a wedding, the least you could do is to inform the couple early enough if you will make it or not.
Apart from those who don’t RSVP, there are those who do so but never show up. This leads to the couple planning for their presence and they don’t show up.
There are also those guests who think that the wedding is about them. These are the guests who will change the seating order because they want to seat at a specific spot even though they were assigned to a different place. Such guests end up disrupting every other person at the wedding just because they do not have what they want.
We all want to take great shots during the wedding for future reference. As you are doing this, make sure your actions do not interfere with everyone else, especially the wedding photographer. You are free to stand up every few minutes to take those great photos but you do not have to stand there through the whole ceremony, let the hired photographer do his work in peace.
Guests who dont follow instructions
Some couples may have specific instructions such as the dress code or not allowing kids. The least you could do is be respectful and do exactly what they want. Show up in the right attire and if you have been told no kids allowed, it doesn’t matter who you are, don’t show up with them. There are guests who think these rules don’t apply to them and may deliberately decide to act in total contravention of these rules.
Lastly, there are the people who are always late. They then proceed to strut in with pomp and show, distracting everyone else who is already seated. These are the kinds of people who you should inform that the wedding starts at 8 am when you are sure it starts at 10 am.
