1kg Fish Fillet
Light soy sauce
Salt to taste
Wash your fish and cut into desired pieces and place in it into a colander to drain off some water.
Blend your garlic and ginger.
In a bowl, mix garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oil, salt, black pepper and lemon juice.
Mix the mixture with the fish fillet and allow it to marinate for at least 3 hours.
Then put the flour on a tray and dust the fillets with it.
Heat oil in a pan, once its very hot, put your fillet to fry,once it browns on one side, turn it to the other side to brown as well.
Once cooked remove from the pan and serve with your preferred accompaniment.
