Reservations and Deposits

  1. Secure Your Date: A deposit of 30% of the total service fee is required to secure your wedding date and services.
  2. Advance Planning: Booking your wedding services well in advance is encouraged, allowing us to meticulously plan your special day.

Cancellation and Refunds

  1. Vendor Commitment: Deposits are used to secure venue and vendor bookings and may be non-refundable depending on the date of cancellation.
  2. More Than 90 Days’ Notice: With cancellations made more than 90 days before the event, we offer a partial refund, deducting only for services already rendered or committed.
  3. Less Than 90 Days’ Notice: Cancellations within 90 days of the event may result in the forfeiture of the deposit due to vendor agreements.

Additional Policies

  1. Customized Services: Customized wedding packages may have specific deposit and refund terms, which will be clearly outlined in your contract.
  2. Unexpected Events: For events beyond anyone's control, such as extreme weather or emergencies, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis.
